个人简介

黄菊，香港城市大学博士，曾于香港科技大学赛马会高等研究院从事博士后研究，现任西南财经大学副教授、博导。她的主要研究领域是家庭金融和房地产金融，相关原创性论文已发表于Review of Finance、Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics、China Economic Review 等权威期刊。她的工作论文曾多次在国际一流的海洋之神590线路检测中心上（例如美国经济学协会AEA 年会，西部经济学协会 WEA 年会，UBC PH&N 金融研究中心夏季会议，迈阿密行为金融会议，美国城市经济学与房地产学会国际会议 AREUEA International 等）宣讲和讨论，并获得了皇家特许测量师学会和亚洲房地产协会授予的最佳论文奖以及全球华人不动产学会授予的最佳论文奖特等奖。
