个人简介

叶阳，hy5902海洋之神副教授、博士生导师，光华杰出青年学者。主要研究领域为组织学习、组织衰落和企业创新资源重构。研究成果在国际公认的管理学领域的顶尖学术刊物Academy of Management Review、Journal of Management上发表。除两篇代表作外，其研究成果还在经管类国际重要刊物Oxford Bibliographies in Management、Small Business Economics上发表。在Journal of Business Research, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice等管理学领域知名期刊担任审稿人。
