From November 17th to 18th, the "2023 Financial Risk and Regulatory Seminar" was successfully held at the Liulin Campus. This conference is hosted by RIEM's "Research and Innovation Team on the Formation Mechanism of Bank Risks in Economic Uncertainty Environment", aiming to promote in-depth research and exploration in the academic community on financial risks and regulatory fields.
The conference invited nearly 10 scholars from several well-known universities in China to participate, including Fudan University, Nanjing University, Nankai University, Sichuan University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Xiamen University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, and Central South University of Economics and Law (sorted by the first letter of their pinyin names). The conference topics covered multiple hot topics in the field of financial risk and regulation, including governance of the high-tech credit market, government regulation, market constraints, branch expansion, bank performance, housing, mortgage recovery rights, financial fragility, bank reform, extreme climate, corporate financial asset allocation, venture capital consortia, central bank digital currency, and personal privacy.
