From November 25th to 26th, RIEM held a seminar on "Sustainable Future: Environmental Risks and Family Behavior" at the Liulin Campus of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. This seminar is hosted by the Research and Innovation Team of RIEM's Financial Assistance for High Quality Development, aiming to explore the impact of environmental risks on family behavior. Eight young scholars from Beijing Normal University, Jinan University, Nankai University, Sichuan University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics shared their latest research findings.
Environmental issues are a common challenge facing the world, and as the fundamental unit of society, families play an important role in addressing environmental risks and achieving sustainable development. This seminar provides a platform for young scholars in the field of environmental research to exchange and share research results, as well as new ideas and directions for future research. This seminar is also an important practice for RIEM to fully utilize the functions of university think tanks. Through in-depth research on environmental risks and family behavior, we contribute wisdom and strength to promote environmental protection and sustainable development.
