Homepage of the Academic System
When you log onto the system for the first time, you must complete an online “Teaching Quality Evaluation” before you access system. The system will show a message like the one below. Please click the “confirm” button, and then complete a “Teaching Quality Evaluation.”
“Teaching Quality Evaluation” Tab
The courses showed under this tab are all the courses which you are registered for.
Students must evaluate all of their courses in order to access other information.
This page shows teaching evaluations. Students must select one answer for each item, either A or B. The system will not allow all of the answers to be “A,” and will show a warning if they are. Click the save button after you have finished one course.
After you have finished all courses evaluations, please click the “submit” button.
The “Query” tab’s main function is to check information. To check individual class schedules, please click “Class Schedule.”
This page shows your individual class schedule. All students must confirm their class schedules in the system after registering for their courses. Please contact the RIEM Academic Office (room 1212) if there are any mistakes on your schedule. Courses cannot be changed after the system has closed. Students are responsible for any mistakes that result from not confirming their classes.
Here, students are able to view their transcripts. Click “Transcript.”
Select your desired academic year and semester, and then click the “search” button.
You should now be able to view your transcript.

Students can check exam information using this link.
You should then be able to see this information.
