Xiaoping ZHAO is a Guanghua Young Distinguished Professor in Department of Enterprise Management, Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He held a PhD in Management from Virginia Tech and previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He was also an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in Department of Organizational Management, Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has published numerous papers in top-tier international journals such as the Strategic Management Journal (UTD-24), Journal of Management (FT-50), Journal of Management Studies (FT-50) and Journal of Business Ethics (FT-50). His research interests include business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
