Profile

Xiaoyan XU is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor in the Department of Enterprise Management, Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He received his undergraduate degree from School of Mathematics, University of Science and Technology of China and his PhD in Marketing from National University of Singapore Business School. His research fields include marketing, contract design under behavioral biases, healthcare management and e-commerce platforms, primarily using applied game theory. His research findings have been published in top-tier domestic and international journals such as the Journal of Marketing Research and Quarterly Journal of Economics. In addition to research papers, Professor Xu maintains extensive collaborations with industry, including Fortune 500 companies such as Danaher and BD Medical as well as numerous enterprises and institutions such as the Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau.
