Yang YE is an Associate Professor and Doctoral supervisor at Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and a Guanghua Distinguished Young Scholar. Her main research fields are organizational learning, organizational decline and the restructuring of corporate innovation resources. Her research findings have been published in internationally recognized top-tier management journals such as Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management. In addition to those two representative works, her research has also been published in important international journals in economics and management such as Oxford Bibliographies in Management and Small Business Economics. She serves as a reviewer for renowned management journals such as Journal of Business Research and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.
